LISTEN: Taylor Swift Premieres Catchy Album Track ‘Out Of The Woods’
Taylor Swift has premiered a new album track titled 'Out Of The Woods' and it's rumoured to be about One Direction's very own Harry Styles!
The 'Shake It Off' singer-songwriter unveiled 'Out Of The Woods' last night and it's already soared to number one on iTunes. Co-written by fun.’s Jack Antonoff, the track has an amazing 80's synth pop feel to it.There are several lyrics that seem to reference Taylor's past relationship with Harry Styles and one of the most obvious lines is; 'Remember when you hit the brakes too soon, twenty stitches in a hospital room'. The pair were both allegedly caught in a snowmobile accident whilst they were dating. Surely that can't be a coincidence?
Explaining the meaning of the song, Taylor herself said; "This song is about the fragility and the breakable nature of some relationships. This was a relationship where I was kind of living day to day wondering where it was going, if it was actually gonna go anywhere, if it was going to end the next day."
"It was a relationship where you kind of never feel like you're standing on solid ground. That kind of feeling brings on excitement but also extreme anxiety and kind of a frantic feeling of wondering."
'Out Of The Woods' is available on iTunes as an instant download when you pre-order '1989'; Taylor's fifth studio record. The album itself will be released on the 27th October and we can't wait to buy a copy.
