Karmin Unveil Music Video For Sweet New Single ‘Sugar’
We can't think about anybody but Karmin right now; the pop duo have just released the music video for their incredible new single 'Sugar'!
They may have now parted ways with Epic Records but don't worry; there's still plenty more pop gems to come from Amy Heidemann and Nick Noonan in the near future. The pair are excited to be independent artists again.Musically, 'Sugar' is a slightly new direction for Karmin. Whilst most of their previous songs were either pure pop or largely rap, the couple's new track has distinct soul vibes that are literally irresistible to jam along to.
The official music video for 'Sugar' was directed by Stewart Yost and it has a simple concept that really lets the song work its magic. Sat on a sofa, Nick and Amy sing the heartfelt lyrics to both the camera and each other.
As well as releasing the new single, Karmin have also started uploading more vlogs to Youtube and they've collaborated with their close friend Watsky on a hip hop track titled 'No Flex Zone'. The song's official music video has already had over 300,000 views and you can watch it in all its four minute glory here.
'Sugar' is available on iTunes and we can expect to hear more music from Karmin soon. We're glad because we've loved all of their tracks to date and 'Hate To Love You' is still one of our favourite songs this year.
