Check Out The Creepy New Trailer For ‘The Conjuring’ Spin-Off Movie ‘Annabelle’
Hide behind the sofa! Annabelle, the sinister doll from 'The Conjuring', is getting her own movie and the film's first trailer has now been released!
We don't know about you but dolls have always freaked us out and Annabelle is no exception; especially as the character's story is based on real life events. Scary right? Her movie will definitely give us nightmares.The blockbuster is simply titled 'Annabelle' and New Line Cinema are the production team behind the movie. It will serve as a prequel to 'The Conjuring' and we'll finally get to explore the scary doll's origins.
James Wan was back to produce the movie alongside Peter Safran and it was directed by none other than John R. Leonetti. Funnily enough, the film's leading lady is called Annabelle in real life too. Annabelle Wallis and Ward Horton will play main characters: Mia and John who are an on-screen couple.
Here at OnePopz, we loved 'The Conjuring' and it was one of our favourite films last year without a doubt. The fact that it was inspired by the real life accounts of Ed and Lorraine Warren made it extra fascinating.
A sequel to 'The Conjuring' is also in the works at the moment and if rumours are to be believed; there's also another two spin-off movies in production too. New Line Cinema sure know how to scare us, don't they?
'Annabelle' was filmed earlier this year and it will be released worldwide on the 3rd October.
