P!nk And Dallas Green Collaborate To Form New Duo You+Me

Pop rocker P!nk has teamed up with Dallas Green to form You+Me; a brand new duo who'll be releasing an album together next month!

They've just premiered their first collaborative single 'You and Me' and it's a beautiful acoustic track that shows off both singer's incredible vocals. We had no idea this partnership was even on the cards but it's a great surprise and the pair sound fantastic together. Forget pop/rock, this new song is more chilled and fits into the folk genre.

P!nk and Dallas took to Facebook to announce the news of their exciting new project earlier this week and they definitely generated a lot of interest. The pair said: "After months of collaborating and making music together, we are finally ready to share, 'You And Me' off our upcoming debut album, #roseave. We hope you enjoy it."

That's right, we're not just being treated to one song, we'll be getting a whole album from the awesome duo. 'Rose Ave.' will be released on the 14th October and you can view the record's full track list below;

  • 1. Capsized
  • 2. From a Closet in Norway (Oslo Blues)
  • 3. Gently
  • 4. Love Gone Wrong
  • 5. You and Me
  • 6. Unbeliever
  • 7. Second Guess
  • 8. Break The Cycle
  • 9. Open Door
  • 10. No Ordinary Love

We can't wait to hear the rest of the album; we're sure it'll be amazing if 'You and Me' is anything to go by. P!nk and Dallas were originally only planning to write a few songs together but after hitting it off in the studio, the duo soon ended up writing eight tracks in just one week. That's when their new baby You+Me was born.

At the moment, there's only a lyric video up for 'You and Me' but an official music video for the track will likely premiere soon. On top of this, P!nk will still be releasing more solo albums as she recently signed a new multi-album deal with RCA Records and Dallas Green will be recording more songs under the alias of City and Colour.

What do you think of P!nk and Dallas Green's new project?
