Doctor Who Series 8 Episode 5 Preview: Time Heist
The Doctor and Clara have an impossible mission in tonight's episode of Doctor Who; they have to steal from a dangerous outer space bank!
If they fail, they'll die. We're not quite sure why either but thankfully the time travelling duo are not on their own. In order to complete the challenging task, they team up with a shapeshifter and cyborg human.Today's adventure is the fifth chapter of Doctor Who series 8 and Keeley Hawes will guest star in the story as the villainous Ms Delphox. It'll also feature the Teller; a brand new alien which looks slightly upset bless it.
The official synopsis for ‘Time Heist’ is as follows; "The Doctor turns bank robber when he is given a task he cannot refuse – to steal from the most dangerous bank in the cosmos. With the help of a beautiful shape-shifter and cyber-augmented gamer, the Doctor and Clara must fight their way past deadly security and come face to face with the fearsome Teller: a creature of terrifying power that can detect guilt…"
An alien that can detect guilt? That's an impressive special power. We're sure Jeremy Kyle would love it on his show; he wouldn't have to use lie detectors ever again. We may be wrong but the Teller looks quite friendly to us.
‘Time Heist' will air tonight at 7:30pm on BBC One and as usual, it’ll have an approximate running time of 45 minutes. This time next week, we’ll previewing Doctor Who series 8 episode 6 which is titled ‘The Caretaker'.
