Doctor Who Series 8 Episode 4 Preview: Listen
Prepare to be scared; this week's episode of Doctor Who plays on all of those eerie childhood fears that we came to hate when were younger!
Today’s story will be the fourth adventure of Doctor Who series 8 and we'd seriously recommend that you check underneath your bed; something creepy may be hiding there. Just watching the 'Listen' trailer has freaked us out.Echoing the chilling series three phrase 'Don't blink', The Doctor tells us that we shouldn't turn around. We just hope the enemies won't be as scary as those damn weeping angels; they gave us nightmares for weeks.
The official synopsis released by the BBC for 'Listen' is as follows; “When ghosts of past and future crowd into their lives, the Doctor and Clara are thrown into an adventure that takes them to the very end of the universe. What happens when the Doctor is alone? And what scares the grand old man of Time and Space?"
Something that terrifies even The Doctor? Ok, now we're scared. We'll be hiding behind our sofas tonight.
This week's episode will also see the return of Samuel Anderson and it looks like he'll playing more than one person too. We were introduced to his character Danny Pink during 'Into The Dalek' but it seems like there's two roles he'll be taking on this week; much like when Clara had two different identities at first. Remember Oswin?
‘Listen' will premiere tonight at 7:30pm on BBC One and it’ll have an approximate running time of 45 minutes like usual. This time next week, we’ll previewing Doctor Who series 8 episode 5 which is titled ‘Time Heist’.
