Taylor Swift Releases Stylish Music Video For New Single ‘Style’
Taylor Swift has released the official video for her new single 'Style' and it really is an artistic masterpiece; it's full of stunning visual effects!
Directed by Kyle Newman, the video stars Dominic Sherwood as Taylor's gorgeous on-screen love interest. He's certainly got that James Dean daydream look in his eyes and Taylor's definitely rocking her 'red lip classic' look.But who is the single about? It's been heavily rumoured that 'Style' was written about Taylor's previous flame Harry Styles and that now seems have to been confirmed by Taylor herself. Just fourteen seconds into the video, T-Swizzle holds up Harry's famous paper airplane necklace. If that's not a hint, we don't know what is.
Speaking to Ryan Seacrest, Taylor explained the meaning of 'Style'. She said: "This one has always been my secret favourite, I hope people love it. The song is about a kind of a crooked love; the two people are trying to forget each other. They've both been out with other people and they've both tried to forget the other."
'Style' is the third single to be lifted from Taylor's latest album '1989' and it follows the record's previous singles: 'Shake It Off' and 'Blank Space'. We're hoping that 'Wildest Dreams' or 'I Know Places' will be the fourth single.
Impressively, it was recently announced that '1989' has already outsold Taylor's previous album 'Red' despite only being on sale for three and a half months. Congratulations Taylor; keep the incredible tunes coming.
