Kelly Clarkson Releases Uplifting Music Video For New Single ‘Heartbeat Song’
Love is in the air! Kelly Clarkson has released the video for her new single 'Heartbeat Song' and it tells the story of love after heartbreak!
With Valentine's Day fast approaching, it couldn't be a better time of the year to watch the sweet music video. Directed by Marc Klasfeld, the video reinforces that you never know when love may be around the corner. You might be single or heartbroken right now but things do get better with time and it's never too late to fall in love.Clips of various couples feature in the video and they're interspersed between shots of Kelly dancing away to her new track. Surrounded by beautiful neon lights, Kelly truly shines as the superstar that we all know and love.
Speaking to Ryan Seacrest, Kelly explained how 'Heartbeat Song' came about: “It was one of the first ones I actually chose to record. My music definitely reflects how I’m feeling in my life. I liked that it was still an anthem, and fun, and still had a little pop to it. But it was sweet. It’s pretty much one of the most pop ones on the album.”
The 32-year-old singer-songwriter premiered 'Heartbeat Song' online last month and we've honestly not stopped listening to it since. Now, its official music video has just made us love the empowering anthem even more.
'Heartbeat Song' will be released in the UK on the 22nd February and it's the lead single from 'Piece By Piece'; Kelly's forthcoming seventh studio album.
